About New Hampshire
New Hampshire, often referred to as the “Granite State,” is a charming and picturesque state located in the northeastern region of the United States. Known for its natural beauty, rugged landscapes, and a rich history rooted in American independence, New Hampshire offers a blend of outdoor adventures and historic treasures.
New Hampshire’s landscapes are marked by the White Mountains, dense forests, and pristine lakes. The state is renowned for its outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and fishing.
Crimes Overview
New Hampshire generally has lower crime rates compared to the national average. The state reports significantly lower rates of murder, assault, robbery, and kidnapping. Burglary and motor vehicle theft are also notably lower.
Vandalism is relatively low, while identity theft and blackmail rates are higher than the national average. However, drug offenses are not a major concern, and weapon law violations are significantly lower in New Hampshire.
